Seeing Beyond Looking

Busy Hands

Just one square at a time, and many hours of crochet, a blanket starts to take shape. This is my latest project of a small Winter Blanket. I chose the colours to suit my own preferences. These are the names:
Teal, Aspen, Sherbet, Lipstick Red and White.

I wanted to give a feel of November frosts, Holly, Snowflakes and Christmas (without being blatantly so the latter).

The upper right part of the collage is today's progress.

For anyone interested, each square takes roughly 30 minutes to make and weave in all the loose ends. It all depends how many yarn changes there are in a square.

A grey start to our day, but now the sun is out and the sky is a cloudless blue. I'm going out NOW!
