We understand that you will be keen to assemble your Mute Swan at the earliest possible opportunity. We are also aware that for reasons of cost, many of our customers are reluctant to employ the services of a professional Swan Assembler. HOWEVER, we must stress that the Mute Swan is not the easiest of our kits to assemble, and we must advise you that if you have not assembled a Mute Swan previously, and especially if you are completely new to Self-assembly Wildlife, you MAY find the kit assembly instructions difficult to follow. In these circumstances the employment of a professional Swan Assembler could well save you time and money in the long run.

Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for incorrectly assembled Mute Swans, and NO LIABILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED for loss or damage incurred due to such incorrect assembly.
