Star of the day

A day of sorting out. We have hit a level which feels like peak beurocracy. The myth of efficiency is a fairy tale for the tourists, not an everyday experience. It is not insurmountable but very tedious and we are stuck in a kind of perpetual limbo. Grateful for all that is working smoothly and hoping that the new year brings resolution of all of this.
