Perfectly Iced....!!!

If I do as a good a job on my Christmas Cake at the weekend I’ll be pleased....:))
The ice crystals are shining beautifully in this mornings bright sunshine....the air is still freezing and anywhere the sun is not reaching is still frozen solid...but just one more day to go I think before temperatures increase significantly...!
We’ll be ‘sweltering’ in 12degs by Sunday....!!!!!
Such ‘weather turnabouts’ are not unusual here...
