Shoot 2

More new shoots. These ones are outdoors. They're grape hyacinths I think. The longer leaves appeared in the Autumn when the change from dry summer weather seemed to confuse the bulbs into sprouting. The tiny leaves have just appeared after our recent snow. Still far too early, so I've brought the pot closer to the back door where there is less chance they'll get badly frosted.

First day back at work after the holidays today. Nice and quiet so I got all my old emails cleared out and things ready for a fresh start of my own.
