Creel Harbour

We left Aberdeen in bright sunlight. Definitely sunglasses weather, though not particularly warm.

When we arrived at Stonehaven the sky had clouded over and there was the threat of rain in the air. It was windy with large waves falling onto the beach making the shingle shift with each successive wave.

After a walk along the beach we stopped for a coffee at the Pier Cafe. During the return in the direction of the car we felt a few drops of rain. A minute or two later the heavens opened. The rain was so heavy the windscreen wipers could barely cope.
