Wednesday 27 May 2009: Chinese Pagoda Bridge
I am guilty of being an obsessive collector of pagoda bridges, luckily they are pretty rare so my habit is manageable. It started with inheriting my mother's bonsai padogas and bridges made in the 1930's of brightly glazed clay, which I must blip sometime. This wooden one has a beautiful old patina and is tiny, not made for sitting on soil so must have been carved as just a little object d'art.
