A nice simple dinner tonight: drumsticks and pak choi smothered in hoi sin sauce, roasted in the oven and served with jasmine rice. Pak choi is definitely one of my favourite vegetables, even more so when had at Giggling Squid.

Good day of work I believe, and the excitement of using the car fm bluetooth phone adapter on the drive home!

Edit: oh! I remember. A visit to the cardiologist this afternoon where I’ve got the go-ahead for a wee bit of surgery for them to burn some scars onto my heart and help with all this atrial fibrillation nonsense. I’ll be glad to see the back of it, if it works!
