Great Dun Fell

The second highest fell on the Pennines next to Cross Fell is home to a radar station. It over looks the whole of the Eden Valley and is even visible from as far away as Grisedale Pike and the Solway Firth. The building itself looks as if it was designed to resist the Helm wind and over worldly environments.
