Barcodes

Unclear whether non barcoded stamps must be used by end of this month (what it says in the post office) or the end of July (what it says online), I opted to buy some new ones for a stamped, addressed envelope I need to include with a renewal being sent this month.

As usual, there was a queue.  Unusually it moved quickly. The process for swapping stamps is longwinded.   Thinking I shall use them quickly instead.
