Appointment today to have my right foot pain assessed. I’ve had increased pain causing me to not walk properly on it for awhile now, which is not good for my knees. Just when I get one thing fixed another surfaces!
Cortisone injections in my foot to reduce the inflammation of bone on bone arthritis and custom orthotics for my shoes. Hoping to not have to have another surgery, at least not this soon.
