Tom Kha Gai with Jasmine Rice

Goddamn, this is the best soup ever. So easy to make and poured over Jasmine Rice it makes for quite a filling main course.

It took about 12 seconds of hunting for parts last night before I gave up and ordered a Dell for the missus. I really don't see the point in building them from components anymore.
