Pedestrian bridge under consturction

If I remember correctly, the pedestrian bridge over Pielisjoki river is supposed to be ready this summer. This shot is taken from a bad angle, but there seems to be about 5-10 meters unconstructed. As I'm not an expert on building pedestrian bridges I don't know if that means they're on schedule or not...

Edit: I don't think they're going to lay any more poles so the rest of the bridge might be done quicker.
