Pinch punch first of the month.

Very early morning walk with Phoebe to a slightly different green space.   Mostly because the normal park has such black soil so the muddy layer makes her paws totally manky.

It was a full on day and finished later than I'd have liked so I didn't quite make it onto the treadmill.

A potentially tough day tomorrow but then a few days off which I am very very much looking forward to!
