I'm sorry, Mr. Powell. You allied yourself with monsters. Monsters who were recognised as monsters by millions of ordinary citizens. 

You lied to the U.N. 

You trampled over honourable men like Dr. Hans Blix and Dr. Mohammed ElBaradei who were not afraid to speak truth to power.

You were the Secretary Of State. You do not get the right to say you feel bad about what you did as if you were some poor, mislead patsy.

Perhaps the million or so soldiers and civilians who died largely as a result of your lies might be able to forgive you, but I shouldn't get your hopes up.
