Yoga and meditation

Today I noticed in the garden that the early rhododendron bush is flowering, snowdrops are out, along with some hellebores and the daffodils are well on their way.
 
Yes, it will soon be  Spring. 
 
This morning our zoom yoga class teacher introduced us to a new mantra, which some American scientific research suggests may help to ward off dementia.
 (Is she trying to tell u something?). 
 
It requires 12 minutes meditation and chanting daily.
What’s more you just flick on to YouTube and join in. 
 
What’s not to like? especially if you have tried meditation and failed, as I have. So maybe I will give it a go.
