The Blue Jacket

DS#1 has been determined to get the Blue Jacket out to sea. There are several things that needed to done, some were but some weren't.
The launch proved to be problematic with the wind causing it to move crablike along the shore rather than reaching out to the open sea.
A summer job I fear.
