40/365 Canal Basin

Before anything else let me apologise for not having had the time to look at everyone’s blip over the last couple of days. It’s been so busy here with birthdays, retirements, h last minute holiday preparations, and medical appointments. Poor excuses I know.

Today’s blip is a hastily taken photo of the canal basin in Stratford where it joins the River Avon. In summer there will be more narrow boats moored than there was today. There is also a new marina open a third of a mile downstream so that might have an effect on the number of boats in the basin.
