my favourite vegetable......

Getting my groceries yesterday, I noticed my favourite vegetable is in season.These are yams for the uninitiated!!! All the time I lived in Oz I never found them. I wonder if they are grown in the UK?? This blip is for my brother in Perth....he loves them too!!!!! I usually roast them, or bake/microwave them with brown sugar and orange juice- delectable......
