Departures

After their  pizzas last night and their  blow out Premier Inn breakfasts this morning. the Yorkshire family were ready to hit the road back home today after one last coffee with me. 


It’s been a flying visit as Rosie has to be back at work tomorrow, but they seem to have packed in quite a lot of activity and seen at least some of the available family. 
Although it was sad to see them go, we will meet up again in about 6 weeks when Glasgow daughter and I along with grandson  Ewan travel south to dog sit Korky while the whole family have a holiday in Paris.

While we said our farewells, news came through that ‘oor Nicola’ had just that moment resigned, blind siding everyone. It seems her tank wasn’t as full as she thought it was last week.
