Still holding on and, with the sun shining through, they caught my eye.

Since I won't be able to get to The Climbing Unit next week, although Friday may be possible before my journey, I decided to go again this morning. I got a few good routes done, including one of the competition ones I hadn't done before, before calling it a day. 

Alan was chatting to someone and he asked me afterwards if I'd heard of Gary Gibson, which is who it was - of course I've heard of him, I even gave him a bit towards his bolt fund a few years ago! I had the urge to go and shake Gary's hand, but resisted.

And now I must turn the laptop on and enter all the mountaineering club's members into the BMC database... but it's only a once a year job.
