Orange feet

Our daughter in law dropped us off in Milford on Sea and together with our son we did the first part of the Solent Way, a 61 mile walk which ends in Emsworth in Hampshire. We have done that section before which goes to Lymington but not with the wind blowing as it was. I didn’t linger long watching the many birds which winter in the area. This turnstone was just by the edge of the walkway. It’s a nice walk which follows the sea wall into Lymington. We intend to finish the whole walk when it’s warmer and I have worked out the logistics. After helping our son to fit a new letter box on their wall as they have had a new front door fitted, it was dark when we arrived home quite tired after our two days away.
