Celebrated my birthday with some much loved people that I haven’t seen in far too long!  One of the desserts ordered by one of my companions above.  Excellent food and atmosphere.

T: The man at that table looks an awful lot like that actor from Withnail & I….
Me: That’s because it is Richard E. Grant.
T: Aha, that’s why!

Back home in CA big storms caused 24 hr power outage at our place.  It’ll be interesting to see what we get home to.  And snow in OR.
