Goodbye

Today was the funeral of an old friend. She had fought the big C for many years so bravely. The service was unlike any I have been to before. Not religious in any way but friends and family spoke of their happy times spent her company. The music was so moving and special to Diane and her wicker coffin was smothered with flowers and her favourite Toy Story figures.
Rest in peace my friend.
