A chilly White-naped crane

I took a client to Birdland today. It was their second session with me. T is 15 yrs old and has servere dislexia.  He seemed to cope well with the instruction and practise. He produced some nice images. Whilst there, I took a couple of shots. This main shot reflects that it wasn't just us who were starting to feel the cold. A very chilly day today.

In extras you can see an Occipital Blue Pie. These Magpie relations hail from Western Himalayas. They have an extraordinary long tail which is why I was fortunate to capture it as it raised it behind itsef in a circular motion. Lovely looking bird.
