Ironman Texas!

After a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile run, the UK's Rachel Joyce took 1st place in the women's race at today's Ironman. She placed 8th overall.
How amazing does she look!!! This was taken just after collecting her medal.

It was a fantastic day for UK athletes as Paul Amey also came in 1st place for the mens race.

As I write the run is still going strong, it finishes at 12pm Texas time. Today was very hot so these athletes did a tremendous job.
