F and the plasterboard lift

Today F was putting insulation in his kitchen ceiling. As it involves teetering on a high ladder it’s reassuring to have someone else in the house should there be any accidents.
I haven’t been able to help with the work but am here just in case.

I have spent my time shortening a pair of trousers for him, making tea and sandwiches and then reading my book.

Tomorrow his daughter and son in law are coming to help put up the plasterboard and he has rented a plasterboard lift to raise it and hold it in place while they hammer it in the ceiling. The boards are big and very heavy so I am glad that he’s been sensible and hired the lift.

They delivered it this afternoon so it’s all set for using tomorrow morning.
