Teresa Ransom

Teresa came over for Sunday Lunch. She is Mr H's cousin, once removed and I mentioned before in a blip how Mr H met her by chance encounter in the supermarket.

She is an author and has written biographies of Fanny Trollope (Anthony's Mum), Prunella Scales and Miss Marie Corelli. Marie Corelli sounds fascinating, she was a Victorian author and wrote best selling novels in those times.

We had 'pasta alla Trapanese' recipe courtesy of Jamie Oliver, (with a little tickle from some chilli flakes), salad and bread. This was followed by papaya, melon and passion fruit salad for pudding. The best thing was that we were able to eat outdoors, there was warmth and sunshine.

I can't believe the weekend is nearly over.
