Eric is going through a Pirate phase. He put two cardboard toilet roll tubes together to make a false arm. Normally there'd be a hook but that was deemed too dangerous so he just used his pirate cutlass in place of a hook. But, the attachment (his hand inside the tube) is adaptable and he can change the cutlass for a fork when it is time to eat.
Buddy, being dropped off at school this morning, is looking very despondent. Probably because it was snowing, and still is on and off, but it wasn't lying on the ground, just dissolving on the wet ground from the rain we had prior to the snow.
We are not affected by snow today, unlike other parts of the UK. I saw, on the recent news, that London Heathrow had runway closures and it seems to be up the East side of England, spreading across at the Midlands and all North of there. 
Let's keep it at that eh, I like seeing the snow but not when you've got school and F.M.i.L. runs to do in the car!!
