Who’s a pretty boy?

Saw this character lurking on a perch at the back of an aviary. Very colourful, but appeared to be in deep thought or just bored stiff at the circumstance of the caged life. Don’t know what kind of bird it is as there was no label at the front, probably eaten off by the cockatoo.
