Dry Stane Dyke

I met my friend Emily for a walk this morning.  Aonghus and I stopped and rested while Emily took her dogs to the top of the hill.  She has a couple of lurchers so they need the exercise!  It was an enclosed field and I haven't been there before.  Lots of good views over Stirling, the Ochils and the North Third Reservoir but I didn't mange to get a decent photo, so here's a shot of a dry stane dyke that is still pretty intact!  But it's probably not that old.

I spent most of the day reading my book!
