Grumpy clown

I have blipped this guy once before, back when I was still relatively new to this blippin' lark. Only I seem to have been operating under the odd impression that he was a she back then....he's a he now so it seems logical to assume that he was a he back then too. He is, in fact, one of a handful of street performers who seem to have been plying their al fresco trade in the town centre for yeaaaarrrsss. (Don't they have jobs to go to?) This geezer has certainly been doing a his juggly clown thang in more or less the same spot for at least three or four. I think of him as Grumpy Clown because there is always a slight sullen, sarky air about his delivery...sometimes you seem him standing there in his blatantly green clown trousers, irritatedly smirking a fag.....but what the heck, he can juggle!
