It's a pleasure

Such a pleasant, sunny autumn morning, and so we bought a Thai takeaway in town and took it away to nearby Nelligen to enjoy it on the banks of the Clyde. Regular readers of this journal will both remember the river was named by a Scottish naval officer on an explorative visit to the area in 1821.

No sooner had we arrived at our picnic spot than we were joined by the Escapade on its daily pleasure cruise. She has already figured on blipfoto, on 15 March, but then she was coming alongside in Batemans Bay. She looked very trim on the water today, and I thought she deserved another showing when she turned about to head back down the river.
