Apollo's Cabinet

When my friend Sarah asked if I'd like to go see Apollo's Cabinet, I wasn't sure what to expect...but it turned out to be a young ensemble of musicians who play baroque instruments, and tonight's concert was called "A Star is Born", all about the performer Kitty Clive.

I was fascinated by the instruments, especially the theorbo, which was so tall that I couldn't fit it all in the photo. (also I couldn't fit in the amazing recorder player) I didn't expect the concert to be so much fun - we were all smiling on the way out :-) Thank you Sarah!

This was after a day at work and aa visit to DG1 so I'm ready for bed now...
