Rhododendron Sussex Heath

It's so lovely to see the flowers appearing in our garden and today I spotted the first bloom on this rhododendron.
You might have been wondering where I was supposed to be this week. The answer was on jury duty. But today the prosecution decided not to continue with the case and we were all let out. It felt like when I was in school and a teacher was ill and as a consequence we gained our freedom earlier than expected. I spend the afternoon reading in our greenhouse, out of the wind and in the sunshine. Bliss!
