Resident Bobcat

I had not seen the Bobcat that lives near my son, Ron's, house for a while; he has really grown!

He was in the neighbor's orchard when Ron spotted him; I took several "safety shots" from his front door and then I drove up the driveway toward him. I planned on stopping on the road for a closer shot but he took off toward the bushes. 

Ron was doing very well today and we talked for quite a while. I was glad we got a chance to visit alone with him; we seldom get that chance. 

By the way, this is NOT an April Fool.
