The meerkat watched my miniature gardening efforts.

He didn't criticise, so we got along fine.

My back was so bad that sitting down or kneeling was the way to go. I managed to weed the plot, plant Red chard, red spring onions, and rocket seeds. My cold frame only covers half of it, so it will be interesting to see what difference it makes. From now onwards the weeding race begins. As for the main crop of onion in the other patch, they are seeming quite perky. Even the two tubs with potatoes have some action. Is this summer?
