Wanderings & Witterings

Daffs

It has taken me a couple of months since my last visit, but the daffodils are certainly out in force in Alexandra Park in Glasgow (main picture). There are large areas of the park covered in daffodils of numerous varieties.

In fact, the yellows, whites and oranges of the daffs were complemented by this patch of blue (see extra), which my plant id app says is Siberian squill, and there are plenty signs of blossom on some of the trees as well.

A most pleasant wander round was had. The weather was also a bit kinder than it has been recently.
