Loose tongue

Popped up to Craigtoun Park to walk the dogs. It was really busy as the Easter holidays have begun for many.

Returned the dogs to the car and ran a couple of circuits of the park pretending it didn’t hurt because it was a sunny, blue sky day.

Tonight I dread coughing and sneezing because my muscles ache.

Glad to be back in the running shoes (only day 2 …)
