Cirrocumulus around Lady Justice

The old city hall of Delft designed in 1618 by architect and sculptor Hendrik de Keyser, what's restoration of the remains from the 1618 fire of Delft's Medieval city hall. This new building in Renaissance style was realized already two years later in 1620. He's decorated the building richly and Lady Justice shows that there had been a  Court of Justice in the Medieval building (plus a small prison... named "Steen" / "Stones").

This building now is in use for ceremonies and a loved wedding location; the newly built city hall with its office and counters for the citizens is located at the city's railway station.

Those little clouds in the sky were the harbinger of weatherchange.
