No I didn't get to go climbing outside today after all for a couple of reasons, but never mind that, what a gorgeously sunny day it's been! 

I went bouldering this morning, then had a lovely chat with my daughter, sat in the sun, lunch then more sitting in the sun. I decided to paint the new curtain batten in the kitchen but discovered I'd run out of the right paint... so off to B&Q to get some. It's going to need two coats so I'll do the first in a minute. I deadheaded some of the daffodils and did I mention I've been sitting in the sun?
