Friday

It was such a sunny day I forced myself to get up and out for  a proper walk. Haven't walked like that for a while. Lots of people were doing the same. I thought I would feel better after a surge of fresh air but just feel numb. It's frustrating, I want to feel the benefit. 

An afternoon on the sofa. The pain is better today, so hopefully this medication is the right one.
