New project

When we purchased this home a few years ago, we had a few projects that we knew would need to be done.  The kitchen was first.  Last year we redid the courtyard.  The decks are this year!  The contractors were here early this morning to get started with the demolition, they were only able to get half a day in, but they have a good start.  The weather is once again (still) pretty miserable outside.  My weather app this morning stated that we had a Hydrologic Outlook warning today (flooding).  Not a day to go out looking for a blip.
