Walk and a pint

Had a very stressful day today - my 95 year old aunt who I’ve got responsibilities for is in hospital with pneumonia. I’ve spent fair bit of this week at the hospital which is ok but today they wanted blood and couldn’t find her veins - it was very difficult when she couldn’t understand why and it was so painful. A long walk home and a pint at the local pub got me back to a more positive frame of mind
