Hearing music

In the way back we had to hear music on big speakers (sometimes with booming bass). With vinyl records and a turntable, 8 track, cassettes or CDs.

Now we can carry our speakers in our ears or hear great quality sound from a magic cube connected to our phone or computer wirelessly. Technology at its finest…not really as one of the best things about music is listening and singing along with others.

I mostly listen to 50 year old music as it is the best! On those tiny earbuds!


Holly departed from here at 7am. She has a couple or three days drive to get back home. She is worn out! She is overloaded with gazillions of photos to look through but I am pretty sure she loved the time in the SC and NC mountains. Maybe not all the time spent in the car but that time in the forest…a little bit of Heaven. Then yesterday evening she saw 13 deer in my yard. We didn’t even take one photo!
