Grounds Visit

A load of rose bushes had to be dug up to make way for a new build on campus.

The grounds Team temporarily replanted them in their garden area and then offered them to staff for a bargain £4.

As you know I am no gardener, but a colleague took advantage of the offer so I wandered up with him when he went to collect them as he had no idea where to find them. Thanks to my endless campus plodding, I have gradually spotted most areas on campus.

We had a great visit as the team let us explore all their growing areas and nurseries. I spotted this intriguing water feature as we looked about the place

We also got to see the hedgehog habitat they are building.
