Connected

The saga that started on 23 May (at extras) has finally come to an end.
 
Today a new pole was planted (top left) and the lines connected (bottom right).  Apart from having to leave my car at the top of the lane on the grass (just shows in top left) the day was great. 
 
Ollie sitting day (teacher’s strike) so took Biskit for a walk in the Wellhead Park while the grandchild woke up and got showered (always an improvement).  Biskit proved that his memory and sense of smell  was top notch and spotted every pocket with accessible dog treats in within sight, and loads of doggy friends too.
 
I hung on at the daughter’s until Open Reach had finished and the land line was working.  The lad had a goodish day with us including an air rifle shooting session in the afternoon.  We were a bit pooped so it was Chinese carry-out for dinner.
