Rooftop Meadow

I took this picture on the roof of our Museum's pavilion. That's probably the single most striking difference between architecture and landscape architecture: buildings looks best (as intended) on the days they are opened, while landscapes look best (as intended) a while later. I had no idea this rooftop landscape will turn out this beautiful when it was planted last year. I had no idea these sedums bloomed in such marvelous colors!

I am getting over a cold. Nothing worse than a cold in the summer...
