Life after 33

Today is my husband's birthday! He is a big fan of Iron Maiden, so I made this cake for him. For those of you who aren't Iron Maiden fans (shame on you), this cheerful chappie is called Eddie. In keeping with Simon's tastes, the cake is a fruit cake, heavy on the glacé cherries.

It's gorgeous outside! Hooray for bank holidays with decent weather :D
