Addo entertainment

We took our friends to the Addo Elephant National Park, and the elephants were out in full force at the Rooidam waterhole. We watched them cooling off and having fun in the water for close on an hour. We counted eighty elephants at one time, with herds coming and going non stop. Also at the dam were two Fish Eagles, eight Spoonbills, Shelducks, Egyptian Geese .... a real feast for the eyes. Unfortunately the lighting wasn't good as it was midday.
It's always extra special to have good sightings when we have visitors with us.
